The Company will provide training on this equal opportunity policy to all employees, including management and staff, as part of the onboarding process and on an ongoing basis. This policy will be distributed to all employees and made available on the Company website and in employee handbooks.
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to reflect the changing needs of our workforce and the communities we serve.
